As Lead Creative at The Think Tank, my focus is on innovative and strategic creative initiatives. I help in driving the creative vision, collaborative, guide and inspiring our team of talented creatives. My role involves conceptualising and implementing ideas across various campaigns and projects, ensuring they align with client objectives. I'm entrusted with fostering a culture of creativity, pushing boundaries, and delivering exceptional results that resonate with audiences and exceed client expectations.

In 2017 Pollinate re-imagined merchant acquiring for NatWest, culminating in the launch of Tyl by NatWest. We are now working with other leading banks around the world to implement the Pollinate platform for their customers.Having developed a central creative hub for the business, I am responsible for leading the team and contractors along with setting the creative direction for Pollinate’s marketing and comms. I work directly with the global head of marketing and also the head of Horizons (innovation and thought leadership arm of the business)My role covers a broad spectrum of work ranging from branding (for clients), content design, prototyping and RFP responses.

Newsworks are the marketing body for the news brand industry. Reporting directly to the Executive Chair, my role as Creative Director is to place creativity at the heart of the industry itself though design, storytelling, collaboration and thought-leadership. As part of the senior leadership team, I am responsible for helping to develop, shape and play an integral role in the success of Newsworks’ place within the industry and as part of the broader narrative for news.In my role as Creative Director in also advise on the creative strategy for The Ozone Project – working closely with the CEO and Marketing Communications Director. The Ozone Project is the only transparent and brand safe platform in the UK for programmatic advertising and reaches 99% of the UK digital audience.

Reporting directly to the CEO, my role as Head of Design was created after selling-in & implementing my vision for an internal ‘creative hub’. I brought in a full-time designer and built up a core network of animators, web developers, creatives, illustrators, copywriters, photographers and videographer. As a result, I was able to cost effectively resource projects and increase the creative output for the business.During this time some of the project highlights included - rebranding the organisation, national ad campaigns, website redesign and animated film - ‘From Newspaper to Newsbrands’.

I was Art Director for the award-winning, independent marketing and communications agency, The Think Tank. In this role I worked in tandem with the Creative Director and also the Managing Director on a roster of existing clients and led on the pitch-work for new. My work contributed to the high client retention rate, increase in new clients and a selection of industry awards.

As Senior Creative Designer, I was part of the branded content team which produced creative solutions for premium brands such as Jaguar, Martell and Credit Suisse across Intelligent Life’s digital and print channels. I was also the lead designer for The Economist’s global marketing communications. Projects would include data driven marketing, CRM and broadcast campaigns.
