On our Digital Product team I supported a portfolio of eLearning products. This included monitoring the competitive and educational market to ensure our product offerings adequately meet the needs of faculty and programs, especially in remote teaching environments. I regularly partnered with product developers, content managers, UX designers and Creative Services to execute product updates and convey messaging to our Sales team and customers.

As Associate Marketing Manager I developed the GTM strategy and tracked performance of over 100 nursing textbooks, including a larger launch for a first to market title. I coordinated and product managed the creation of customer-facing product catalogs, working closely with Creative Services to streamline the process. To raise awareness of products and maintain brand presence, I represented Elsevier at in-person, and virtual, national conferences.

As a Marketing Specialist on the Books Product team I managed a portfolio of textbooks and related content within the nursing, allied health, and veterinary medicine markets. I prepared yearly go-to-market strategy plans and collaborated with various teams, including Creative, Editorial, and Marketing Communications, on execution of these plans. In preparation for product launches I analyzed the market to determine pricing, forecasting, and competitive positioning. To support Sales efforts, I developed and maintained a range of sales enablement tools including webinars, presentations, and product overviews.

In this role I supported clients in a variety of industries including agriculture, healthcare and manufacturing. I regularly designed and executed creation of client-facing materials including sell sheets, press releases, and presentation materials. I supported clients by identifying press opportunities, pitching media, and assisting in social media strategy. In preparation for new business pitches, I conducted and compiled research to inform pitch presentations and strategy.

As Digital Marketing Intern, I supported the Email Marketing team, seeing reward email campaigns through from ideation to list segmentation and deployment. I collaborated daily with Creative Services in the development of campaign themes and visuals. I implemented A/B testing and analyzed analytics to determine the best ways to personalize and segment our campaigns, whether that be by email subject line, deployment timing, or email layout. With my findings, I compiled a case study which was distributed department wide.
