Current- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into comprehensive analysis documents containing use cases, screen designs, and workflows for IVR and Customer Interaction.
- Conducting rigorous functional tests for developed applications, ensuring their alignment with project objectives and customer needs in the realm of IVR and Customer Interaction Center functionalities.
- Creating, executing, and reporting on test scenarios, meticulously assessing the performance and functionality of Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud implementations within IVR and Customer Interaction Center.
- Providing oversight and guidance throughout the testing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines specifically within IVR and Customer Interaction Center projects.
- Generating technical, scope, and training documentation to facilitate seamless product deployment and user adoption in IVR and Customer Interaction Center contexts.
