I partner with the Department of Mental Health to provide oversight of DMH contracted providers in the Kansas City area. I also provide resource information to persons supported and assist them with accessing paid and non paid supports.

-Supervise House Managers and co-supervise Direct Support Professionals-Ensure supported individuals' needs are met according to Department of Mental Health standards-Complete monthly review of medical appointments and person centered plan objectives for each individual on caseload-Review,edit and submit event reports per Department of Mental Health guidelines-Assist Human Resource Manager with interviewing and training Direct Support Professionals-Co-chair monthly meetings with House Managers to provide staff training and development-Use Therap Services to track medical appointments, intake/eliminations, outcome completion, shift notes, etc.

-Supervised Child Care Assistants while working with school aged children to ensure a safe after school learning environment -Managed licensed before/after school programs in the Raymore-Peculiar, Center and Blue Valley school districts and Academie Lafayette-Created lesson plans to foster learning in science and technology, cultural diversity, art, nutrition and fitness and community service-Collected program payments and managed accounts receivable-Maintained professional communication with teachers and school personnel, parents and guardians and potential program participants
