• Lead/assist site analysis/evaluation discussions with exhibitor at the beginning of site selection• Manage the process of successfully implementing the Dolby Cinema offering, from the design all they way to opening.• Collaborate and manage the relationship with the exhibitor’s local architects and local construction teams to guard and protect Dolby Cinema design, brand, schedule, and budget.• Works closely with system integrators and Dolby teams to ensure technology components are installed and operational per Dolby Cinema specifications.• Lead/assist site sign-off process after build out, verify the translation and implementation of the design execution on a per site basis (administer multiple concurrent implementations)• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems where analysis of the situation requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.• Customer technical and design liaison, working closely with assigned exhibitors for technical and design support, and general point of contact, through the design and execution phase of a Dolby Cinema.• Provide real-world feedback to internal stakeholder, to help identify potential needs for updates to the Dolby Cinema specs, or general offering.• Build and manage a team of Dolby Cinema “Site Managers” who implement Dolby Cinemas around the world.

- Oversee the efficient day to day control of cinema activities - including box office and concession sales, customer satisfaction, safety, facilities maintenance, human resources management, staff training and marketing initiatives to ensure optimum profit.- Take leadership role in ensuring that the all cinema facilities are appropriately leveraged and productive at all times.- Responsible for the management and P&L with emphasis on new business and customer base development;- Managing theater budgets and analyze financial reports;- Work closely with operations, marketing and other key internal functions in order to deliver excellent services to customers to generate maximum turnover & profit;- Develop overall business strategy of UA Cinema in Macau and promote Galaxy Macau as an entertainment destination.- Uphold UA's high standards and deliver entertaining company-wide programs- Work closely with UA-HK in making prompt film booking in line with the UA-HK circuit and meeting the special needs of the Macau market.- Participate, on behalf of UA-Galaxy Cinemas, in the major and relevant film events and conferences in Hong Kong and overseas.- Control and monitor movie release schedule to maximize revenue.- To cultivate, develop and maintain good working relationship with film distributors, film production companies and consultants with a view to securing house bookings for the great facilities available in Galaxy Macau.- To take an active role in organizing film events by cooperating with relevant authorities (private and government) such as Macau Film Festival and China Film Festival.

Manage and oversee daily overall operations management of cinema multiplexes with a board spectrum of responsibilities that include planning & strategizing movie sessions, managing event & marketing promotion, supervising frontline staff, inventory, facilities & equipment management, managing P&L responsibilities as well as providing excellent customer service.Additional responsibilities including setting up new cinemas, overseeing renovation of exiting sites and managed various innovative projects that lead to sales & workforce automation and productivity improvement.
