Reporting directly to the General Manager Business Unit Trademarks I translated the digital business needs into requirement, defined the roadmap, selected partners and managed the projects from start to finish (incl acceptance testing, manual creation and training users) keeping users and customers top of mind.- A certified inRiver PIM Business consultant connected products with all data stakeholders.- Integration of cataloging and recommendation systems (TecDoc, Olyslager, Oats).- Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) as part of PIM, customer portal & internal asset bank.- Auto creation of off-line material (labels, datasheets, catalogs).- Integration Transperfect translations into PIM and CMS.- B2B & B2B2B eCommerce with Manegto (integrated with PIM and CMS).- Mobile application for Oil recommendation (iOS and Android).- IoT proof of concept (Smart Oil Cabin, Barrel Oil Levelling Meter).- Brand websites (Tridion, Adobe EM).- Customer portal integrating Virto eCommerce for local B2B and customer B2B2C sales.- Internal CRM system with strong focus on international sales reporting and marketing(planning).

End 2011 I was tasked to manage the digital part of the new rebranding of Wolf and Champion. Initially it consisted the launch of a multi-language website for 3 brands using Tridion CMS. The project also incorporated an extranet allowing customers to create their own catalogs (Xerox XMpie). As a Project Manager and part of the marketing team I was responsible for or participated in:- Training of users and customers.- Organising and managing the distributor events (Belgium, and abroad) and fairs.- Designing & deploying a document sharing system using Alfresco with Mobile front-end.- Speaking and presenting at various events.
