As Adobe Experience Cloud Architect, I helped Bose building out a brand new Digital platform from scratch. The main tools of this new platform were Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The platform is used on a global scale for all Bose B2C, B2B and support sites in multiple countries and languages. These sites are mostly e-commerce sites by using the e-commerce capabilities of Hybris, served by AEM using REST APIs.My role in the initial phase of this project, was building out the architecture to set-up our foundation. Later on, my role was delivering solutions for new business requirements, next to being part of the core team that took care of the full platform architecture.As Solution Architect, I worked with Product Owners to challenge requirements and clarify these requirements so a solution document was created. I helped scrum teams getting acquainted with the solution and helped them creating stories so they could take up the work, with a strong focus on the approach to get business value delivered as soon as possible.I performed these activities for teams I was member of, but also for other teams that required assistance.I was also responsible for approvals during a review process of solutions created by other teams on this platform.The main element of this platform is AEM, but also for other tools of the Experience Cloud, I was the owner and expert like: Search & Promote, Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign.I worked on the following projects: Re-branding of all components, Omni-channel, Micro-services, Regression Test Automation, Performance Test Automation, CI/CD improvements, performance optimizations, AEM Self-service/authoring optimizations, Caching optimizations, ...

This job exists of writing new features and maintaining the existing features for a CMS and custom e-commerce system. The e-commerce system is written in Java and Spring, Hibernate, ant, maven... is used. I am lead developer on the CMS system, which is SDL Tridion. This means implementing basic templating, but also more complicated custom tooling via the API's.Both the e-commerce system and the CMS, that integrates, are serving websites and e-commerce platforms for over 20 countries and for over 10 languages.I executed this job as a Contractor for Bose. I switched to a Bose employee from January 2016.

I refactored an existing mobile application on Windows Mobile. The application was made to report hours from technical teams on the road. A synchronisation webservice was made to send data to a AS400 system and receive data from the AS400 system.Additionally I created a new mobile application to collect the indexes from electricity meters.

During my internship I developed a java RCP application for cancer researchers within the existing team. The application organise all experiments and dislays all properties that belongs to an experiment. Additionally I developed views on this features and numbers with charts and visual representations to better understand and see relations for the researches.

I added new functionalities in Opsoro with Ext JS. I used Alfresco web scripts in Opsoro to create and change the GUI. I have also made a real-time plotting for compression engines. I learned how to work with Eclipse, Aptana, Ant and Tomcat.
