Project Manager / EstimatingAs a Project Manager for Wasatch Electric I'm in charge or a Project from beginning to end. This Includes:• I begin with the bid and creating estimates for the project. • Follow-up with General Contractors and Negotiations• Preforming contract review, discussing schedule. • Allocating and monitoring project materials, tools, man power, and prepare cost analysis. • Coordinate, manage, and purchasing of materials and negotiating of pricing.• Communications with vendors, sub-contractors, employees, management and general contractors• Manager and deal with problem including scheduling, payment, delivery and labor• Finally working with project closeout including warranty, O&M manuals, and servicing and keeping the customer happy to the end.
