Ever since I graduated in Electrical Engineering, I started seeing the world practically which made me more competent and made me learn things. I still remember on my day one at Walta Engineering feeling tensed and so eager to know what is going to learn in the 6 months of my internship period. But my Asst General Manager was with me and made me more confident and trained in the PLC Programming and wiring. I like to be an Electrical Engineer, but I love to be in the field of Information Technology. So, I have planned to build my career in the field of IT and do my Master's in computer Networking and improve my knowledge in Networking. During my Master's, I came with the new tools which I never heard of, but I built my confidence levels and was able to crack them with the help of the Internet and finished my assignments and submit them.I build my skills in troubleshooting the network, and hardware-related issues with the IT devices building the IT network and maintaining it.Now I am an IT Infrastructure Specialist at CSL, a leading biotechnology company that develops and delivers innovative medicines. With a master's degree in computer Networking from Charles Sturt University, I have a strong background in cloud technologies and their applications in the healthcare sector.My role involves supporting various cloud platforms, including Azure, and providing first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting for any technical issue related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and products. I have successfully resolved complex challenges and ensured high customer satisfaction by communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.I have also participated in cloud migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions to cloud-based infrastructures. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new technologies and emerging trends in the Network topology. As a dedicated professional, I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Networking. I actively engage in industry events, webinars, and forums to expand my knowledge and network with fellow professionals.
