I acquired about 20 years of professional experience, within an Internal Audit department and several legal departments. I am used to draft various documentation, such as legal documents, legal translations from English into French or German. English is my usual working language; I have always worked in international /multicultural environments. After a high academic international legal education, including a LL.M in Berlin (Germany), I began my career as an Internal Auditor within the Capgemini Group, auditing the local subsidiaries worldwide. Two years later, I decided to join the legal department of the Group, where I mostly assisted the Senior Legal Counsels in the review of international contracts. When relocating in Switzerland with my husband, I joined the Yahoo! EMEA Legal department. I coordinated, autonomously, the execution of the European contracts by the authorized signatories, in a timely manner, checking the adequate implementation of the legal policies. I also drafted standard-based contracts. Through my various tasks, I liaised regularly with the other functions across Europe. I found a permanent position in IATA Legal department in March 2011, as Paralegal. Because of the reorganization of the department, the Paralegal position was discontinued in April 2012. In 2014, I joined Accuray International Sàrl (Morges, VD, Suisse), the European headquarters of Accuray Incorporated (Sunnyvale, CA, USA). I am the first point of contact when it comes to sales contracts or distributors compliance (including improving and drafting our legal and compliance processes). I am also responsible for the translation of the agreements templates in French, German and Spanish. I like to be involved in cross-functional projects.In 2021, after 7 years within Accuray, I have been recognised as playing a key role in managing a wealth of Accuray contracts from templates set up, contracts reviews and negotiations, up to their execution and filing. I have also significantly contributed to enhancing Accuray overall compliance. My promotion as Senior Manager Contracts recognizes my experience and knowledge in a variety of legal areas.My title was modified to Senior Legal and Compliance Specialist in September 2022 to reflect my current daily tasks.Specialties: international environment, agreements drafting, legal review process, distributor compliance approval process
