Recent Results:In two cases in which I represent the brand manufacturers of metoclopramide, the Missouri Appellate Court, Eastern District affirmed summary judgment in favor of my clients, rejecting innovator liability under Kentucky law. I represent the brand manufacturers of metoclopramide in several actions pending in Missouri. We recently obtained a favorable opinion from the Missouri Supreme Court reversing the trial court's ruling denying venue transfer of 11 pharmaceutical product liability cases from St. Louis City to St. Louis County. In a highly complex property tax dispute involving a refinery located in Wood River, Illinois, my client was awarded over $10 million in tax refunds.The Seventh Circuit reversed class certification in a case involving a refinery that I represent located in Wood River, Illinois, where plaintiffs alleged groundwater contamination diminished the value of their properties.
