CurrentPracticing immigration law exclusively, Beth counsels employers on a variety of immigration issues, helping them to meet the legal and practical challenges posed by immigration laws administered by the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security, State, and Labor. She regularly represents employers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, and U.S. consulates and embassies worldwide. In addition, she counsels clients with family-based immigration and naturalization cases.Beth is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a member of AILA's National Military Committee (she was previously the vice-Chair of the national committee), which administers AILA's Military Assistance Program, offering pro bono legal services to U.S. military members and their families with immigration matters.
