Responsible for system administration of the HR and Payroll database for LRS Healthcare. Maintain system security and configuration within UKG. Regularly test and troubleshoot issues to identify and execute system and process enhancements. Onboarding new company after merger, dividing internal and external staff into new entities to include payroll, job history, and workforce management. Managed workflows to assist HR with all business processes. Created and scheduled new policies and procedures to move performance reviews to a new annual cycle review schedule, including templates, goals, and training. Create robust, standard, and ad hoc HR and Payroll reports for all levels of the organization, to include senior leadership, management, and staff. Produce accurate and timely data for corporate audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

Maintain the UKG Pro HR/Payroll system, including processing employee changes, manage configurations and imports, and assign security. Assist our management and leadership staff to identify and troubleshoot issues to resolution. Work with Compensation, Employee Relations, and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Create accurate reports for all areas of the organization including recruiting and employment, benefits, and statistical measures. Manage our Qualtrics survey system to include Onboarding and Employee Climate surveys. Leading the implementation of the Performance Management module in Ceridian Dayforce.

Processed Payroll for our Executive and Holding Company staff using the Lawson HR/Payroll system. Brokered and executed all Corporate Benefits including Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401k for 500+ employees. Traveled to our three plants to present Benefit Updates and Wellness Health Screenings.
