Identify and execute initiatives to increase recoverability and improve productivity which includes detailed data analysis and trend identification. Data and analysis is shared with senior leaders of the firm to implement direct change.Production of monthly and quarterly reports showing the teams impact on the firm PnL and books and records. Ad Hoc reporting is regularly required. High degree of accuracy is a must along with a keen attention to detail. Increasingly more reporting is being driven using Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.I was instrumental in the creation of the team in Bengaluru and managed the migration of functions from London to India, reducing the size of the London team to 2.The multi regional nature of the team requires an appreciation of different client cultures and practices across the globe.High focus on using both existing risk mitigation tools such firmwide controls and self created controls such as automated checklists and work flow tools. Speedy escalation and reporting of any issues is imperative as well as tracking issues to learn and improve.Part of managing the global team involves developing global strategy to enhance team productivity and expense recovery. This includes partnering with technology to develop strategic solutions for problems the team faces as well as managing internal budgets to ensure that the headcount is rightsized.My current role is in a fast paced and dynamic environment which requires the ability to not only plan strategically, but also work at a micro level on the minutiae of each particular challenge.
