The National Agricultural Land Network, or the NALN, is a program of American Farmland Trust that works to grow the capacity and momentum to elevate the cause of agricultural land protection across America.• As NALN manager, recruit, organize, maintain, service, and engage a growing membership roster of farm and ranch land protection practitioners from around the U.S.• Support the NALN director with work around budgets, staff hours, work planning, strategic planning, and Network goals• Create, draft, and produce all NALN communications including a monthly newsletter, an online community platform, and outreach about NALN events and opportunities• Organize, steward, and co-lead AFT’s Soil Health Stewards program

• Managed all aspects of daily operations including retaining over 12 employees and buying over 800 products from around 50 regional vendors.• Planned, coordinated, and implemented quarterly community events to promote Atlas Farm produce, build customer loyalty, introduce local products, and create an aesthetically pleasing experience for all involved.• Directed a management team of three to increase revenues and decrease expenses through financial awareness, marketing, and merchandising to improve profitability, sustainability, and relevance.• Participated in full-farm management meetings and discussions to increase synergies among departments leading to better communication and increased efficiencies.

BuildingEnergy is the most established and most cross-disciplinary renewable energy and high performance building conference in the region. Organized by members of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), BuildingEnergy attracts more than 3000 building professionals with its cutting edge, vetted content and open, honest discussion of successes and failures. The conferences accredited educational sessions are rigorous, the high level trade show is engaging, and the one to three days of networking leads to new colleagues and life-long friendships.
