Stepping out of university with a degree and praying to make a career out of it, I found myself in a newly created role for a locally owned & operated tool retailer...about a million miles away from where I thought I'd land.With a lot of enthusiasm and an unwavering drive to succeed, I built that role from the ground up. With a 'finger in every pie' coordinating advertising, events, promotions, printing, signage, campaigns, teaching myself graphic design skills, collating in excess of 40 retail sales catalogues from end-to-end...the list goes on. Fast forward 10 years and I made the difficult decision to leave that job behind, so that I could take on a new challenge. So, here I am. Having traded the place I had 'grown up' and developed as a professional for a new role, in a new game. The world of tapware awaits me. The story continues...
