I had the opportunity to be a part of Kimberly-Clark's third Customer Development Internship class in the summer of 2014. I was a part of the Delhaize team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the course of my internship, I recommended distribution, pricing, and merchandising strategies to increase Kleenex sales and grow Food Lion’s facial care category, analyzed Food Lion’s facial care category through the use of Nielsen Nitro and Nielsen Spectra databases, developed a theoretical marketing campaign for Scott Paper Towels in order to engage millennial moms through social media and public relations tactics, and measured the initial effects of a Huggies Baby Wipes distribution change on Food Lion’s baby wipes category.
