Responsible for the effective delivery of Project ROME - Regional Operating Model Enablement - working across Sales Centres and Customer Services following on from the regionalisation of Enterprise to drive efficiency in desk based sales teams. Delivered best practise and adherence to the governance of projects within the Major Programme Practice portfolio. Responsible for the 100% adoption rate of standards for Risk, Issue, Dependency and Financial Management across all projects and programmes within the Major Programmes department.Delivered weekly reporting of all projects within the Major Programmes and drove up data quality by 12% across the portfolio. This demanded excellent working relationships and the ability to influence decisions, providing support where necessary to gain a comprehensive overview of the progress status of each project to feed back to management.Responsible for the development and delivery of a communications plan for the launch of the new Q+ process, ensuring the key message landed effectively with all identified and affected audiences. Owned and managed the weekly communications to the wider team to include RAG status of projects, overall roadmap across Enterprise, additional knowledge and key updates/highlights.

Project Kona is a complex business transformation and change project across Vodafone Enterprise with one primary objective: to become the most straightforward and trusted partner to do business with. My role within Kona is responsible for maintaining a consistent heartbeat of communications through monthly newsletters, quarterly roadshows, and the articulation of the Kona message. This includes communicating and measuring the key messages of Kona across all three workstreams: Service Management, Service Delivery and Simplify; ensuring it lands correctly with identified audiences. Taking the Kona Ambassador programme to the next level by creating and delivering programme informatics for each workstream lead, identifying opportunities for creative engagement and multiple communication channels.Assisting with the launch of the Market Messaging campaign, and developing a Communications strategy to roll this out to affected audiences including sales teams and existing customers in UK, VGE and Group Enterprise. Support with the strategic planning and overall Communications strategy for Project Kona, with particular emphasis on the re-launch of Advisory Services into Enterprise.Assisting with the creation of promotional audiovisual materials, including scripting, editing and presenting within videos.

Building insight and analysis trend reporting for all KPI's within each outsource campaign tracking performance and ROI.Supporting the continuous improvement of the CPA governance process, specifically the delivery of timely sign off summaries including variances to PO’s/DB.Effective stakeholder management.Delivery and presentation of CS&O Graduate Business Project regarding the continuous improvement of feedback collection methods for Telcos. Out of this presentation arose a new project on Social Media Servicing, which I have taken with me to my new role and am continuing to work on, with emphasis on the development of a new a Social Media Care strategy for Vodafone UK.

I spent two months working at one of Vodafone's flagship retail stores - Nottingham Experience Store - which is one of the largest in the region. This was a fantastic opportunity to gain first hand customer insight. I provided support and strategy to the Regional Manager, as well as assisting with all store related operations with particular emphasis on customer experience. I completed Customer Value and Shop Floor Management, alongside the delivery of a graduate presentation on regional accessory sales.

Alongside my studies in Paris I worked as a Private Language Tutor providing one-to-one care to students aged 12-14. With particular emphasis on the teaching of English grammar and spelling, I tailored the delivery of specific lessons to each student, modifying content according to the abilities of each child and recognising areas for improvement.

As a language assistant at La Dehesa del Principe primary school, I facilitated the learning of up to 30 Spanish students for 5 months, ages ranging from 4-11 years old, through both one-to-one sessions and whole group discussions. I was tasked with developing lessons to improve oral, aural and written skills of students as well as delivering classes based on British culture, history and traditions in addition to assisting at school trips and days out.
