Based out of Managua, Nicaragua included traveling throughout Nicaragua. Worked through MCC with a local Nicaraguan NGO called Acción Médica Cristiana (AMC). Coordinated logistics for international volunteer teams and individual volunteers, budget development and implementation, intercultural orientation development and implementation, volunteer and program evaluation and support for volunteers (growth from 34 annually in 2009 to 96 in 2011). Development of a Volunteer Program Manual (bilingual Spanish/English). Position focused on intercultural relationship development with volunteers of partner organizations.
