WGA (Walter G. Anderson), is a folding carton manufacturer, now under Graphics Packaging. I spent the first three years working in the Quality department, testing materials, working with customers and sales, and helping with processes and procedures. I later took the Production Manager position, supporting Production Supervisors while working to make our processes as efficient as possible.

I managed the Food Safety Programs at Ralston Foods, an oatmeal company. Some of the programs I managed include: Pest Control, Environmental Micro, HACCP Program, Chemical Control, Allergen Control, and Non-Conforming Product. I was an active member of our auditing team, helping the facility maintain the SQF Level 3 status.

I helped ensure they were following good manufacturing practices and policies set forth by state and national regulatory bodies, and by organic, kosher, and third party auditors and certifiers. I also maintained the facility's process documentation, oversaw the new employee and continuing employee training programs, and proofed new product labels.

I assisted the head coach of the high school varsity volleyball team, and coached the freshman/sophomore and JV volleyball teams.
