Involves supporting first year students living in University accommodation. I provide emotional support, help solve disagreements among flatmates, and signpost to professional services or information.

I was part of a small group of students within the School of English who worked with the Director of Education and the Head of the school in a 100 hour research project into student voice. We collected, analysed and then presented both qualitative and quantitative data surrounding students' own opinions and experiences. This project was initially facilitated by Collaborate CIC.

A group of students across the country, including myself, are contributing to a "Student Mental Health Manifesto", which we'll be using to lobby through the next general election and beyond.

I was responsible for taking orders and phone calls, preparing and packing up take away orders as well as handling customer concerns and questions. I was also responsible for training new staff.
