As co-lead of the COVID-19 response evaluation, our comprehensive analysis will help strengthen future pandemic and emergency management planning. I also led a departmental project that embedded an evaluation framework into an annual business planning and reporting process. This project included the implementation of a new software, ensuring that processes were accessible and valuable to staff and leadership. The outcomes from this project will inform departmental work on an ongoing basis, advancing: the alignment to strategic priorities, consistency in capacity and approach, and knowledge management practices.

I achieved consensus on a business plan for a provincial-wide health service. As the Designer and Author of department-wide Impact Report, I highlighted the impact of quality initiatives within each of the population-based screening programs.

Calgary Arts Development Authority (CADA), as the City's designated arts development authority, invests funding, builds capacity, and advises The City on Calgary's arts sector. Analyzed data and information required to make a nationwide comparison on arts funding of all major cities. This work concluded with a vote to nearly double arts funding after almost a decade of funding freezes.

CWF is a policy think tank that researches and provides recommendations on policy issues that affect Western Canada. I worked with policy fellow and former Deputy Minister, Angie Gelinas, on a confidential economic policy report for the Government of Alberta, Culture and Tourism.

Working with the Manager of the Strategy Management Branch, Corporate Services at the City of Regina. I completed a Financial Policies Review and reviewed Public Advisory Committees and Public Engagement structure and methods in order to make a recommendation to senior leadership.

I was responsible for the coordination of guest seminars, field placements and offered academic advising and support to these students,. As the CRC Coordinator, I was responsible for managing tri-council and other grant applications for Dr. Marchildon, in addition to administrative support.

Serving in Continuing Education my primary role was the creation of policies and processes to coordinate all invigilated exams for online courses.
