• Maintain a Top Secret security clearance adjudicated 12/17/2017 (Enrolled in Continuous Evaluation 03/23/2021.• Appointed as Security Manager March 2021.• Maintain the daily operational schedule to facilitate the maximum amount of efficient training.• Set, enforced and optimized internal policies to maintain efficiency and response to demands.• Responsible for checking security clearance listings for all students, pilots, contractors and other personnel requiring access to training spaces.• Update and maintain all security documents (access rosters, restricted area designation letter, access authorization list, etc required for all secured spaces).• Ensure compliance of G-2 required roster of MATSS personnel clearance review biannually.• Established new inventory and scheduling procedures for MATSS assets.• Work in conjunction with 3MAW, MAG 11 and MAG 16 operations officers to manage all simulator and classroom scheduling.• Responsible for all purchasing and supplies for the entire site of more than 300 employees.• Facilitate all Fire Inspections, Facility Repairs and Physical Security checks to ensure compliance with MCAS Miramar regulations and requirements.• Provide training to MATSS operations department, contractors, simulator instructors and military personnel on use of the Simulator and Classroom Scheduling System.• Played a leading role in the setup of the MV-22 CBT classroom and courseware. I continue to provide MCALMS support to both the MV-22 and KC-130J platforms as needed.• Active MCEN and DISS accounts.
