As Executive Director, I am responsible for overseeing the SPIHN staff as well as maintaining the quality of service provided to our homeless families. I am always looking for better opportunities and programs in order to help our families remain independent and sustainable once they transition from our program into permanent housing. In addition, I coordinate with the 14 Host Churches and 9 Support Churches to insure that all the volunteers and families work well together.

Working closely with the families in order for them to receive all the resources that are available to them in the community. From the moment that the family enters the SPIHN program, an action plan is formed to ascertain the resources that they will need. Using intensive case management, our families transition into permanent housing with 65 days. Once they leave the program, SPIHN still continues to work with them to insure their continued success.

I worked with the inside sales staff to improve customer service and quality of care given to our customers. In addition, I worked with our customers to make sure that they received the best quality care available to them.
