All items are gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and made without high fructose corn syrup. Most are also soy-free and corn-free.Responsible for all aspects of establishing and running a specialty food business, including:- legal formation and licensing (including inspections and renewals)- managing monthly, quarterly and annual financials, including accounting, banking, financing, insurance and taxes- hiring and managing employees- developing and executing marketing and sales strategies- new product development, pricing, packaging and promotion- expanding product lines- managing inventory and supply chain- client acquisition and management

In a reality-TV version of "Seattle's Best Home Cook", I competed against a number of other very talented home cooks from the greater area (40 cooks in the first round; 18 in the second round; nine in the third round; and three in the finale).
