Current•Provide HR Manager functions – benefits administration, compensation and performance system, employee relations, recruiting, etc.•Counsel management on individual HR activities, performance issues, employee development, leadership, etc.•Coordinate staffing to include planning, recruitment, retention and succession planning.•Maintains communication and action plans with the management team•Oversee safety to include compliance, employee training, policies updates/creation and implementation,•Responsible for managing and supporting all phases of assigned safety programs to ensure a safe and healthful work environment, and compliance with company policy, regulatory agency standards, and national guidelines.•Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures. Compile audit findings and recommendations for modifications and improvements to systems and procedures.•Assist external auditors during the recertification audit of the Company’s Safety Program
