Manage a portfolio of projects focused on developing, implementing, and measuring structural and process changes for improving health outcomes in clinical practices for cardiovascular disease and diabetes for the AMA's Improving Health Outcomes area. Lead efforts to review, select, and deploy clinical performance and implementation of measures; manage measure reporting and benchmarking in support of performance improvement activities; contribute to strategic planning and priority setting; manage participation in grant-funded initiatives; manage relationships with key collaborators and relevant stakeholders.
