While I was growing up, I always asked, "Why?" Today, I still get to ask that question, and then some, every time I talk to one of our consumers. They also allow me to ask a lot of nosey questions and poke around in their homes.I'm passionate about listening to the consumer, understanding what his/her needs are, and turning those insights into a new product idea to meet those needs.Working in a CPG/Retail company, I have the agility and critical thinking needed to meet and overcome challenges that come with developing an innovative product.
