First Nations Kitchen Program Director
Current-Coordinate and manage volunteers crews to prepare and serve weekly meal for up to 150 guests.-Oversee kitchen inventory; coordinate bulk orders, weekly purchases and donations.-Support community meal guests with resource referrals and grief support. -Designed and implemented fundraising strategy that raised $50,000 from individual giving in one quarter - up from $5,000 from individual giving in the same amount of time the year prior.-Launch the membership giving program, write grants and run crowdfunding campaigns.-Develop organization’s administration, operations and staff management systems.-Manage social media accounts and communications with all major partners and stakeholders.-Lead core volunteers and advisory board in strategic planning process. -Organize and promote fundraisers, workshops, open garden nights and other special events.
