CurrentSince 2016, I have led a team in developing and nurturing partnerships that serve the evolving needs of Denver Public Library's customers and community, whether through grant fundraising, strategic partnership efforts to bridge budget or service gaps across a 27 location system.My position expanded to include responsibility for Volunteer Services (VS) in early 2023. I saw multiple opportunities to improve the current VS function and began to implement big changes to add significant value to the organization. As the VS initiative was an added responsibility, I also continued managing operations and strategic improvements across the organization. Led transformation of Volunteer Services to include re-organizing and re-building the entire department in 7 months.Created the 3-year strategy and roadmap involving functional structure, staffing and systems.
