As a leader at Denver Public Library, I’m at the forefront of transformative work. I’m so pleased to say my work has provided the foundation for much of the organization’s Strategic Roadmap, delivering significant impact to the Denver community. I challenge the norm and lead the charge for positive change across the organization. Continual learning is a priority for me and I encourage personal and professional development. A believer in transparency and performance management, there’s no surprises with me as a people leader – everyone understands the mission and we discuss goals and expectations on a regular basis.
