Procure product from branded and non branded vendors. Achieve targeted customer service level rates. Negotiate with vendors and customers to maximize product flow. Manage inventory levels and coordinate action against close coded, expired and other unproductive inventory. Accomplish budgeted inventory levels. Analyze and react to trends. Work independently in an academic setting running after school and summer school programs for students, which includes managing/maintaining the budget, developing curriculum, maintaining schedules, supervising staff, coordinating trips, meeting State required outcomes within Enrichment activities, reporting progress data of the students and attendance to DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education).

Instruct students on curriculum for all academic subjects grades 5 - 8 as needed. Keep daily and monthly records of students and activity’s taking place in this class. Developed and implemented daily and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel to provide monthly reports to Administration. Utilizing Microsoft excel to create reports that encompass all needed information of monthly and daily data. Also substitute teach when needed.

Projects focus on product development. Developing timelines, documenting milestones met and/or changed, leading regular project review meetings, and documenting updates. Special skills include excellent communication and writing skills, use of Microsoft applications, time management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Maintained timelines and schedules for more than one hundred projects at any given time. Prepared presentations with Microsoft Power Point and reports using Microsoft Excel for customers and executive staff on project status and updates. Main contact for customers and developed excellent relationships with the clients.
