I am a versatile and enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning. I have a Bachelor of Art (Hons) and a Masters by Research degree, both in the field of Medieval Studies which taught me invaluable skills such as professional debate, critical analysis, project management and independent working. I grew up as a young carer and therefore have a background of care and compassion which taught me the value of empathy.I have now completed a Level 3 apprenticeship in Team Leadership with a Distinction, earning foundation Chartered Manager Status (fMCgr), which has developed my skills in conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making. I am proud to say I have won BMF Level 3 Apprenticeship of the Year 2023, was named a BMF Young Achiever 2024, was awarded the 'Highly Commended' award for BMJ Awards' Apprentice of the Year 2024 and won UK Construction Week's Role Model award in their Rising Star category.
