I graduated with a B.S. in Education from the University of Vermont, where I created an Individually Designed Major within the College of Education and Social Services. Being able to design my own major allowed me to study a wide range of topics in communication, advocacy and public policy, in addition to education. I believe empowering people, particularly children, to advocate for themselves is one of the most important things we can do as a community. In my roles at Vermont Information Processing, I have had the opportunity to lead, organize, and expand upon our new hire orientation program, as well as act as an administrative assistant, on top of my work as an eLearning Developer.
