Over the course of the last decade, I have planned and executed community events and activities, taught private voice lessons, managed a music studio, planned and executed several concert series, monthly charity projects, and coordinated medical clinics and forums for senior citizens. I had to learn many different skills in order to succeed in these roles as I did not have support staff. Through social media promotion and email marketing, these events, activities, concerts, clinics and forums were branded, well-established, and well-attended in the communities they were hosted in. I found that I very much enjoyed the creative aspect of my work–branding events and designing signage and materials, social media campaigns, etc. My position as Sales & Marketing Coordinator with Shared Imaging has allowed me to combine all of the things I love about work into one exciting role.Extensive experience in a non-profit setting that required self-liquidation has taught me to stretch a dollar and save a dime. Seventeen years of experience in the food service/hospitality industry has provided me with the customer service skills needed to take my organization to the next level.A classical singer at heart, I hold a degree in Vocal Performance from Northern Illinois University and have enjoyed performing with the Canterbury Singers in Dixon, Illinois for over 20 years. I always welcome the opportunity to join my husband on stage when he performs at the local winery!I love to learn and welcome any opportunity to grow or better myself on a personal or professional level.
