Business Manager
CurrentPerforms in- house accounting(AR and AP) for non-profit agency in accord with FederalRegulations(CFR200) and GAAP to ensure compliance. Assists the Executive Director in areas of fiscal management, financial reporting, procurement and audit preparation and completion in conjunction with accountant and independent auditors. Provides Human Resources Management including payroll administration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, processing of WC, EDD and DFEH claims, labor law compliance. Manages organization's insurance portfolio. Serves as Site Supervisor for the company headquarters including facilities management and staffing coordination. Prepares quarterly and annual program reports to federal funders and stakeholders. Performs periodic reviews of grantee reports and documentation to test compliance with grant regulations. Routinely handles large sums of money with minimal errors and maintains a high level of confidentiality in all areas. Works the majority of the time autonomously and under tight deadlines.
