Grant Management through a clearinghouse of state and federal sourced grants related to Wildfire Mitigation projects and County Coordinator programs.

Currently leading project to survey all CA Fire Stations to gather experience on exposure to seismic vulnerabilities and provide HAZUS analysis on potential losses in a seismic event. I also support several other seismic research projects and reports with mapping and analysis efforts utilizing Arc GIS products. In addition, I led and coordinated efforts in the Strategic Planning Process to update Seismic Safety Commission’s Mission, Vision and Goals statements.

Work with jurisdictions and FEMA throughout the hazard lifecycle to scope, develop, and manage projects that will mitigate against future losses and protect California communities from the effects of disaster events. I have managed project and planning grants across diverse hazards (e.g. Seismic, flood, wildfire, etc.) and have provided technical assistance throughout the grant lifecycle. In addition, I have volunteered for special projects to develop tools including onboarding training systems, Sharepoint sites, data dictionaries, standard operating procedures for all grants processes, and participated in lean six sigma process and system improvements for notice of interest and subapplications.

Worked with Propoint Consulting Team on 2 projects contracted by a San Joaquin County client with a focus on process and IT modeling, documentation and analysis. This detailed work covers process manuals, reference library materials and review of current process flows. The 2 projects cover over 50 processes and 550+ pages of materials for usage in onboarding, on-going reference and training and quality standard benchmarks.

Projects and interactions have been paid and unpaid and include various clients for companies such as AlphaSights, a professional services firm. I have been approached to provide expert insights on subjects such as Centralized Application Services (CAS), financial aid, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and course inventory systems.

As the Director of Student Recruitment, I was involved in all aspects of representing, recruiting and marketing the academic programs (BSBA, BS Accounting and Graduate Business Programs - MBA and MAcc) for the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific. This included coordinating the Eberhardt graduate business admissions and scholarship committees and assisting the student services team with information and resources for service and retention efforts. I also served in the role of primary advisor and Interim MBA Program Director. This was in addition to my expansive duties as the Director of Student Recruitment.
