Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current• Manage end-to-end full cycle recruitment processes for full-time positions, internships, and bridge fellow positions in accordance with Council protocols, procedures, and departmental norms. • Conduct salary analyses for new hires, promotions, and transfers, prepare recommendations, and extend employment offers to candidates.• Provide guidance to managers on recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and hiring policies.• Foster diversity initiatives and cultivate a robust candidate pipeline by collaborating with various organizations and advertising vacancies to ensure a diverse candidate pool.• Leverages effective communication and influencing skills to establish relationship with different departments throughout the Council. • Participates in job evaluation procedures, contributing insights and expertise.• Assists HR Business Partners in conducting job classification studies.• Communicates, guides and influences managers related to recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring processes.
