CurrentWhen working at Front Line EMS. I had the daily tasks of: answering the phone; scheduling Transports and processed payments from customers. As well as taking inventory and keeping up on ordering medical supplies, checking the Mail; scanning and filing, checking vehicles making sure they had the correct medical equipment and if something needed to be restocked, checking levels of oxygen and amount of fuel. When transports where scheduled I would drive the customer/patient to and from appointments. All of these tasks require a very organized and precise schedule in a very fast paced manner as well as staying calm and collected in stressful situations.
