Lead and manage our operations department, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for operational and process improvements, drive project management initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations. I play a pivotal part in the standardization of processes, execution of metrics that promote efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. I work closely with our executive and senior management teams on our bank’s strategic initiatives.

I began working as part of my high school work study program. During the first several years with the bank I had the opportunity to work in the following roles: bookkeeping department, frontline teller, loan operations specialist, loan AA, deposit operations specialist, ebanking specialist, training coordinator, and deposit compliance.
