My mission as a personal trainer and gym instructor is to help build clients confidence and self-esteem. Since the launch of Moor Strength in June 2021, client numbers increased to 46 paying customers across group and personal training sessions. Main Duties:Marketing● Developing company brand with help of external consultant, creating business logo, brand values & representation● Building company website, managing copy and imagery● Managing social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook. Creating content for posts, reels and videos● Producing copy for advertising materials and PR opportunities, banners, flyers and company garments ● Engaging with local events to promote the Moor Strength brand, half marathons, wellbeing weekends and community fundraisers. (Leading Ilkley half marathon warm up for 1,000 runners, recruiting 8 new clients)Customer service● Responsible for developing long term positive and trusting relationships with clients and Moor Strength costumers ● Managing creative ways to engage with new and existing costumers ● Contact lead on day-to-day basis● Providing expert advice to customers on level of fitness, health conditions, nutrition and lifestyle habits● Building individual programs for each client, ensuring targets are achievable, setting goals and timelines● Leading individual and group training sessions, monitoring and adapting exercises if required ● Developing relationships with local businesses to grow and be a prominent brand within the local communityAdministration● Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, implementing business plan, managing budget spending● Managing customer communications via email, social media platforms and other alternative forums ● Research on new exercise techniques and trends● Managing suppliers and external material requirements

Working at Restart has enabled me to develop my creative and innovative skills which has adapted my way of thinking to constantly problem solve which has driven the charity’s growth. This fast-paced environment has also broadened my role and skills. • Solely responsible for developing long term corporate partner relationships within Restart• Managing creative ways to engage with new corporate partnership leads, examples include: coordinating a Barclays charity Golf Day for high profile customers. Leading a retail charity event at the Regent Street Mappin & Webb store to bring awareness to new clientele. Cultivating partnerships through the Restart Corporate Alpine Challenge.
