I bridge traditional and innovative approaches to build dynamic learning experiences for adults across multiple generations. I've woven curriculum design, storytelling, and visual branding for over 20 years, with a focus on immersive adult learning for 10+ years. Since 2016, I've worked with blended modalities, launching new and redesigned curriculum, manuals, trainings, and company culture events for employees and university students in remote, hybrid, and onsite environments. Recent projects include organization-wide ADA policy building and implementation, individual creativity coaching, and collaborating on the redesign of a nationally recognized master's program. Current projects involve spearheading a department-wide framework for Gen AI tools, building a resume writing curriculum, and developing department handbooks and policies.I use an organic approach to team building and leadership. I take the time to identify individuals' expertise, interests, and needs. Then, I work to connect them to projects that match their particular strengths and curiosities. I delight in listening to people "nerd out" about work and knowledge that excites them, which leads to natural, strong partnerships across organizations as well as with outside vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders. As a lifelong learner, I take special interest in accessibility strategies, mental health, the arts, storytelling, generative AI technologies, neurology and chronic illnesses, andragogy and pedagogy, ethical labor practices, humanitarian concerns, and the environment.
Listed skills include Writing, Visual Arts, Painting, Art Education, and 9 others.
