Administrator for a national leadership development program for a cohort of 15 InterVarsity staff women. Coordinating with the Director of the program on logistics for this 15 month program. Assisted with financial oversight by reconciling financial reports and keeping track of expense reports. Handled logistics for: scheduling meetings, all travel, directions, handouts, book orders, teaching supplies and evaluations. Coordinated meals and liaison with hotel staff on site for 4 days of meetings in Madison WI.

In charge of logistics and administration for Chicago Urban Program team (CUP). Coordinate and organize spring break programs (200 students) and summer program (5-15 students). Coordinate food, finances, transportation, publicity, communication, recruitment with InterVarsity staff across the nation for our social justice and faith programs on the west side of Chicago.

Campus staff coordinating ministry, including leadership training, vision casting, goal implementation, public relations, fund development, volunteer recruitment, growth and outreach programs.

Manager of area team of campus staff of 6 working on campuses on the Northside of Chicago. Supervision, training, management, team building, budgeting, and evaluation of staff at Columbia University Chicago, DePaul University, Loyola University Chicago, Northeastern Illinois University and the School of the Art Institute. Helped initiate new work at Northeastern, Lake Forest and SAIC.

Facilitated the running of a once a week Kids Club program - preK to 6th grade learning about Jesus through song, crafts, bible stories, and dinner. This program resulted in about 15 families from the neighborhood being exposed to the church and to the faith. Also supported Sunday school superintendant and taught HS Sunday school. Also preached as needed (about every 8 weeks or so).
