At EFI Group, our engineers are on the go, and that often means being onsite at a client’s plant or production facility. While they are out of the office, they need to know everything back at the office is moving along efficiently. As the Office Manager, that’s my role. From building transparency with our costs and how they impact client invoicing to maintaining the highest confidentiality for our clients, I’m passionate about ensuring our team can focus on our clients and their projects.An optimistic spirit and interest in continually learning have enabled me to streamline our internal processes and add new tools and technologies to how we work so we can be more efficient than ever. As someone who enjoys mentoring and serving both personally and professionally, I enjoy meeting the ever-changing needs of my work day. I take pride in being able to provide the services and support that our engineers need to stay focused on our clients. I appreciate the work we do and how it impacts not only our clients but often the products people buy and use regularly. Managing an office requires more than touching a variety of functional areas, ensuring compliance and managing payroll.
