    This role started as a three month secondment ‘babysitting’ the Dialog account between the old Delivery Manager leaving and a new Account Manager starting, acting as a single point of contact for Hiring Managers and Directors, Agencies and off-site Recruiters. After this period I was asked to continue with the account on a permanent basis to review existing administrative and system-based processes, assess whether fit for purpose, identify areas for improvement, map and document new and more efficient ways of working and implement them within the team. This resulted in my role being supported by three Recruitment Coordinators (one in Swindon, one in Germany and one in Hong Kong) whom I was responsible for recruiting, inducting, training and subsequently managing their workloads and giving day-to-day direction.I was also responsible for all of the MI and reporting for the account, both internally (monitoring financials, performance against KPIs, Recruiter delivery etc.) and externally to the Client. This meant becoming fully familiarised with the database in order to build reports on the system, managing data accuracy across the team, regular meetings with key stakeholders to define what they wanted to see in their reports and creating templates in Excel involving complex formulas to pull the relevant information together and present in a logical and meaningful manner. Invoicing (both production for Ochre House and management of supplier invoices) also fell under my remit, as did control of the account’s Advertising budget and meeting & travel booking for the team.
