During the 2020 pandemic shutdown, I took the lead in moving to a multimedia instructional platform approach and coached other faculty and administration on best practices to enhance the experience for our students.My own experiences with online and virtual learning began when I was teaching in Hong Kong during the 2003 SARS virus shutdown.
