Responsibilities included talent acquisition & development, policy and procedure creation and implementation, investigations, performance management & compensation rewards, termination and separation process, and employee relations. Role consolidated into senior manager position in 2013.• Provided expert advice, coaching, and counsel to managers and employees on HR policy, procedures, employment laws, and employee relations issues.• Developed, created, planned, and applied Onboarding program for all US new hires.• Independently designed, constructed, managed Human Resources intranet site.• Facilitated workers compensation process for all Colliers US employees (3000 employees).
