As the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association (MCTA) since April 2020, I coordinate all budgets and events for the organization, which serves the professional development and networking needs of over 900 municipal finance officers. I work with the Executive Board, the Education Vice President, and various presenters and vendors to organize and deliver high-quality programs, such as the June Conference, the Annual School, and the New Treasurers and Collectors Day.With over 15 years of experience in non-profit management and higher education, I have a strong background in fundraising, event planning, leadership development, and alumni and student affairs. I also founded my own health and nutrition coaching business, Bouncing Back, where I leveraged my marketing skills and my Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certificate to help individuals and groups achieve their wellness goals. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with diverse audiences, from assisted living facilities and health clubs to synagogues and colleges. I am committed to making a positive impact in my community and empowering others to live to their potential.
