As a Tactical Recruitment Team Leader I lead the Tactical Recruiters on all campaigns within our assigned business including the Premium Retail and Promoter teams. Committed to delivering a quality and effective recruitment partnering service to hiring managers, and candidates in line with our Recruitment Strategy.Supporting the Tactical Recruitment Manager in the initial recruitment planning of appropriate volumes of resource in line with agreed targets and budgets. Having day to day responsibility of supervising and managing the Tactical Recruiters, being the main point of contact for the Hiring Campaign Managers, ensuring accurate and regular updates including any challenges.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver a quality and effective recruitment partnering service to hiring managers, key stakeholders, and candidates in line with our Recruitment Strategy.Responsible for any permanent and contract recruitment needs across all Field Operations and Corporate Support in addition to supporting on volume promoter campaigns in your associated business area.
