During my tenure I held the position of top executive HR leader. The Company grew from a $50M company in 4 states ⇨ $750M+ with 1.3K employees in 47 states. Enabling this growth through proactive planning with a strong focus on business continuity and technology modernization, our HR team has grown to 20 with high-ROI programs, including an internal training university. As you can imagine, my contributions during this 22-year period were diverse.
