Established (and lead) a new business function in the configuration of client solutions and management of our client and candidate helpdesk, with management of the function leader. Defining their role within our operating models, client implementation approach and evaluating the impact they've made.Continued commercial contribution with RFPs and Pitches and Executive Sponsor activities on client accounts, responding to client queries and concerns. Led, and managed, a newly created product function (of product owners and psychologists) with development and oversight of product roadmaps and development of solutions, in close collaboration with the leader of our engineering function. Responsible for the effective launch of new products within the business and the development of collateral to support colleagues (i.e. support, sales, marketing, consulting and client success). Defined and managed a consistent approach to client and customer feedback about the our service levels and use of our solutions to inform product development and business operations. Developed and led our Fair and Inclusive assessment strategy, including establishment of partnership with industry experts in neurodiversity and digital accessibility.
